SAINT PAT'S SUMMER SESSIONS

Saint Patrick's Episcopal Day School has a great series of 3 summer camp sessions, each of them with a particular theme. We at Make/Believe are happy to be working with them on art projects that correspond with each of the sessions. For the first one, they dubbed the theme "shark sensation diving destination", e.g. all things ocean, and above you'll find some quick snaps of a few of the projects the kids have been working on, including floating treasure boats, and interactive ocean "theaters." I filled in for fantastic Make/Believe teacher Sarah last week, and had a lot of fun working with the campers.

You might be wondering if the campers also had a chance to take field trips, and if so, were they able to make it to the aquarium to pet sharks and have seahorses wrap tails around their fingers? The answers to these questions are yes and YES. Treasure-boat-ocean-theater-seahorse-handshake? Check, check, check!
